In fact, we've got the largest collection of hotel deals and discount offers on the planet. All of these deals are presented in a consistent way, so you can easily compare them "apples to apples" (or "oranges to oranges" or "clowns to clowns." Whatever works for you.) And when you're ready to book, we link you directly to the hotel to make the reservation.
We take the ambiguity and complexity out of travel deals. We find the best deal for you. Period.
Why DealBase.com?
In early 2008, serial entrepreneurs Sam Shank, David Hehman and Howard Love were having dinner and brainstorming their next adventure. Sam had just sold TravelPost.com to Kayak and the travel deals space was fresh in his memory. He complained that when he was recently trying to book a guys reunion trip to Las Vegas, he couldn't find an all-encompassing travel deals service where deals could be searched, compared, analyzed and discussed. A few sketches, emails and dinners later, the foundation of DealBase.com emerged: a comprehensive, open platform for publishing travel deals, with a consistent, standardized presentation of information. Development started shortly thereafter in May, and the site launched in October.
What We're Doing Today
To focus our efforts and bring you the best product possible, we're concentrating on hotel deals in North America for now. We'll be expanding internationally and into new categories of travel deals soon. We'd love to hear what categories you'd like to see us do next.

We're a new site, and obsessive about bringing you the best travel deals site in the world. We invite you to take a close look, find a great deal and have a great trip, and then tell us about it. We answer every email. And if you come across a great deal that we're missing, post it and share it with the world. And don't forget to tell your friends!
