There is a long driveway to park several cars. In the summertime the house is cooled by a swamp cooler. (In case you don't know what those are, swamp coolers are commonly used in dry climates instead of air conditioning.) Downstairs is a mother-in-law unit that has a separate entrance. This is where I live when I am in town, and when I am traveling, Sarah stays there and helps manage the property.
