When I got to the place, I remembered they had never emailed me the details of the so called package, and you better have EVERY SINGLE ITEM you are suppose to get, because these people are going to do zero for you, starting with the grumpy lady at the check in counter, who could have easily been replaced by a pre-recorded message stating, "Im sorry you feel that way" in fact I probably would prefer the machine, as at least it wouldn't be glaring at me like it wanted stab me with a pitchfork. Also enjoyable were the grumpy womans boss, and his boss, obviously both graduates of the Hugo Chavez school of business, whose motto is, if they don't like it, we will shoot you. I think you can tell by now what a wonderful time I had, I think I would rather be drug through the Mohave Desert, naked and on fire before I would stay at that place again.

We just spent 2 nights there, and it was a very, very great disappointment. The management was extremely rude. We will NEVER stay there again, and would not even consider staying with FREE rooms, food, etc. The rooms were filthy dirty, the tv did not work, there were kids running, screaming and slamming doors half the night with no one supervising or restraining their actions. The food in the lounge made my husband sick all night and there was many things PROMISED that just DID NOT happen. What a poor excuse for a resort/spa. We have stayed with many high rated establishments and although this one claims to be one, it has ALOT to learn about customer service and satisfaction. Save yourself alot of grief and heartache and stay somewhere else that appreciates your business and treats you like a person and not cattle. Thank you.
