When the innkeeper answers the phone, simply say, “Carpe Diem!” (or “Seize THE day!") to qualify for the special rates of either $125 or $145, depending upon the inn selected. If the inn has a vacancy for that same night, it’s yours for the special rate…even if it’s the most luxurious room at the inn.
